I do not color mine.  I like to tell me kids (adult children now) to look at what they did to me.  I have three kids, two of which are ADHD boys,  and was gray well before 35.  Now that they are grown and I can, I love to joke with them about those hyperactive years.

As soon as I notice the gray in my hair I rinse my hair with color. I cannot stand the thought of the gray showing up in my hair, so I get rid of it as soon as I see it.
