My favorite food is tacos. I love guac. But if I had to take my time and cook, I love chicken parmesan and veal.

I love homemade mac and cheese with crumbs on top!  So creamy and good!  I also love good spaghetti and meatballs and love pizza too!

When my children were young, we ordered pizza every Friday night.  It was an event at our house and sooooo good, but now that I'm trying to control my cholesterol without taking any meds, pizza is no longer in my diet unless it's a healthy variety.  Healthy pizza is just not the same!  Chicken, however, is a huge part of my diet.  I have a whole one thawing right now!
