It only messes me up for a few days and then I get it all straightened out.  It takes some getting used to cause last night I went to bed at 3 cause I completely forgot it was spring forward.  So today I'm a little off but I will get it right later.

It throws me off a little, but by the end of the week I will be fine.

The Spring Forward throws me off for the first few days and then I am okay. Now the fall back time change is a lot easier for me as I am sure it is for others too.

i actually like this better. when i get off work, it's still light outside and i don't have to worry about walking to my car in the dark even if i work at school.

I wish they would leave the time alone. It takes so long to feel like your back on schedule after they change the time. I would like to know who it really helps.

I agree that I think the time change is pretty worthless nowadays. I wish we'd just stay at one time instead of switching back and forth.... I know my pets get the most confused, since their only way to track time is by the sun... I had a tough time getting them up this morning cuz it still felt like it was nighttime for them!

I tend to stay up too late anyway, so for a few days I lose a little more sleep because the evening seems to go so fast.  Eventually I get into a "normal" rhythm.  One of my goals is to get more sleep but it is difficult because I get up early for work and my basic tendency has been that of a night owl.
