How do you eat your veggie

Do you fry or hot  steam your veggies? I lke to hot steam my veggies because it healthier to eat it that way.

Most of my veggies I eat raw, though it sorta depends on the other methods.  I used to be better at this but then work sorta took over and it's mostly been fast food.  Because of that, my veggies have mostly come in the form of salads.

I change them around.  But mostly I'll boiled them more than fry.  I don't like to eat oil that much.

I don't eat basils very often. But I think steamed would be best.. Bake is also good and better for you than frying.

I don't have a way to steam vegetables so I can't do that or I would. Sometimes I boil them in a small amount of water. I like to pan/stir fry vegetables and roast/bake vegetables. I prefer these methods versus microwave, but I have to admit most of the time we just microwave them since our vegetables are usually from a can.
