Workers Compensation
« on: August 08, 2014, 10:50:42 am »
Well this morning my husband sliced his hand pretty badly at work today and I was not nervous because he said he was fine until his friend sent me a picture of his hand with his fingers all sliced up and the finger tip of his pointer was almost dangling! I got sick and left my desk at work! He did not want me at the hospital and now I am nervous because he does so much with his hands! That is his living!! I hope he does not lose sensation or nerve damage. Please help me pray that he will be ok! He is a mechanic and I pray that he will be ok. We can't afford to lose money from him being out of work.  :'(

Sending prayers and positive thoughts.   Mu husband had a terrible hand injury a while  back so I know all the thoughts going through your head.    It scary at first because it took a while to begin healing to see what feeling etc.  would come back.  The body is amazing with its ability to heal itself.

IF he has to miss work because of his injury as long as the injury was not because of HIS negligence, carelessness, or ignoring safety rules then he will be able to draw workman's comp while he is recovering.
