Tomorrow I have my surgery.  They will then "stage" my cancer and tell me my options.  If my FC friends could please say a prayer (even a small one) that everything works out you have no idea how much I would appreciate it.  The hospital will call today and let me know what time to be there tomorrow.  It is about a 5 hour operation.

You will be okay.  Stay positive.  I woke up in the middle of the night and thought about you.  I know I only knew a first name but I did ask God to take care of you.  He knows who you are.  And even if they stage it at 4 you can't give up.  Doctor's don't know every thing.  Remember Lazarus?
He was DEAD for 4 days and Jesus brought him back to life.  If He can heal a dead man and bring him back to life He can take care of you   Don't even entertain negative thoughts.  And don't listen to any negative people.  Let us know how you are doing.

And it is okay to be scared.  I would be too.  Like someone said before you believe or you would not have asked for prayer.  So know Jesus is with you and He won't leave you!

Just got the call from the hospital.  I have to be there at 5 AM and surgery is 7:30!  Thank you everyone for your kind words and prayers.

Dear Nancy:
I don't know you but I feel for you and hope all goes well.  My oldest daughter and her boyfriend literally received the news within the last 2 weeks that he has kidney cancer and they are testing to decide what to do next and help stage it.  I know what you must be going through, and on the other hand, I really don't.  I hope you sleep tonight but I wouldn't be surprised if you don't.  I often don't sleep well always myself, so if I happen to have one of those nights, I will think of you and know someone is out here doing that and hoping the best. Be at peace if you can!
