Woo Hoo I got the Videos to work (8/26/14)

Today the Matomy were a little finicky ... but I figured out how to get them to work.

After you click on the video and the new window comes up ... the instructions appear at the top but nothing else.

Go to the right at the top and click close ... then the page where it asks for DOB and Gender (if required) comes up.

Fill it in and then the video will load for you to click and watch.

I checked after I viewed the video and yes they did credit.

I didn't have any issues this morning (using chrome), but if I encounter this issue in the future, I'll keep your post in mind. Thanks for the tip, dwggs!

I will have to check this tip out.  If it works, I wont be able to thank you enough... Hate how there were sooooo many that would not load the video!

That's been the norm for me when I open any Matomy videos for the past 2-3 weeks. It's a real pain, too. Why they just don't open is beyond me.
