I believe it is still China even with the 1 baby program. I heard they have 1 billion people that's 1/6 of the world. However, I can see Egypt catching up.

I think it's probably China still that is most populated. But India is pretty densely populated too. I'm pretty sure the United States is right up there in population too. I think the US may be the third most populated country.
