Do you use an alarm?

I do.  Otherwise I may never get my kids off to school lol

I get up at 5 a.m. during the week; that early I don't trust my ability to rise on my own.  I use a clock radio.  And even then I rise--but, I don't necessarily shine.

I have an alarm clock on my night stand that I use. It's loud enough so it wakes me up.

I do, sometime I beat it and sometimes it ring and wakes me up so I always like to have it for in case I oversleep.
