The employees in WalMart is indeed rude, they even look down on other races its just plain messed up.

They look down on other races?  Really?  What a racist comment!

So far I haven't met any rude employees at Walmart.  Other stores, definitely.

I think, its because they don`t like their job, but its hard to find a job this days, so they stick to it. Other still good though.

I don't really go to Walmart often. Kmart, on the other hand....they can just be annoying. I go shopping late.Often it's the last hour they're open for business, and they must make a closing announcement every 5 minutes. They set the store clock 7 minutes fast (no exaggeration.) and if you're still shopping with 10 minutes to spare, the floor walkers will harass you to leave the store.

I just get the sense that they must loath their jobs to want to leave the moment the store closes. I've never really run into anything like that elsewhere.

In general...because they work at Walmart in a round a bout way.  They hire anyone who will work for a crummy wage and respectful employees could find better work elsewhere.

Well think about it like this.  YOU are working in a retail job making min wage.  It is closing time and late and you want to leave.  Would you not be bugged by someone just slinking around looking and taking their time?  Besides that not sure about there but at some places there is a set time - say 30 min - past closing time and everyone has to be out of the store or it is a write up.  Customers don't care.  It's not their butt on the line.  And upper management does not care when you try to tell them there were customers who would not leave.

I remember right out of high school I worked in a restaurant and we had 3 people come in a 5 min til closing time.  They stayed playing and pretending to eat off the buffet for almost an hour.  We could not do any closing work until they decided to leave.  And they were just being butts by sitting there that long.

I wouldn't expect to go to a restaurant for a meal with 15 minutes left.(unless it was a hamburger joint,or something) But sometimes you can't help the hours you keep. I generally can do my shopping in time if given half a chance.I'm well aware of the closing time without constant reminders. I just think certain stores over do it.

I am going to guess that most Walmart employees are so rude because they are not making very much and their bosses treat them crappy to.

Returning at Walmart can be a process... It took about 30 mins for them to take back a defective vacuum cleaner.. Usually the manager is the one who just accept returns.. Seems like the return employee wait until they get the word from their managers

It is funny because the vacuum cleaner that I have return was placed a week later by Walmart (taping was the same and was not tampered)

Most of the employees at the Walmart are rude.  Like they hate their job but  still shop there.  I guess it depends on the neighborhood or area you're in.

One reason Is that people treat them rudely. And are rude to them and don't give them credit for things they do do help them.
