I'm constantly changing recipes to make them gluten-free or in sync with my blood type.  Sometimes it works out well for me to do this and sometimes I'm disappointed with the results. 

The most recent recipe I changed was a brownie recipe.  Instead of cocoa, I now use ground ginger.  It's like a dessert but the ginger is incredibly healthy because it nutritious and kills off bacteria in my mouth and throughout my digestive system.
