Cashout / support ticket help

My payement was temporarily denied until my documents that I send by fax wasn't found in fushioncash queue they asked me to send them by email after that they opened support ticket and asked me to follow the li by signing using the number of ticket and email address my question is how much time take for this ticket to be approved ? My pending payement already expired they will return them since I cashout or just little bit of them ?
