Seasonal Jobs!!!
« on: September 26, 2015, 07:10:18 pm »
I recently got a seasonal job at a festival on top of my full time and part time job. I always get that extra motivation going into the holiday season. Who else gets a seasonal job faithfully and where are you at now?

Congrat. on your second job for the holidays.  I am too caught up at my job to seek a second one.

Congratulations TytheGent! I desperately need to secure a seasonal job myself. These bills aren't disappearing fast enough. I am thinking of applying for one at my local Wal-Mart.

I try to get a seasonal job for the holidays. Just to get that extra cash in and pay off some stuff. Some jobs that are seasonal in my area give less than 20 hours a week and of course make you work weekends.

Most places require you to work weekends.  And also all the holidays.  Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, some even are open on Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.  I hope to win the lottery before then. lol

Might be nice to let someone else have some work during the holidays since you have 2 jobs already and sounds like you would be spreading yourself too thin making you less effective in doing all your jobs and spend some time with your family, think about it 8)

I only have one full time job. While the extra money would be nice, I have so many projects going on, with 2 Etsy stores and a Zazzle store, that i just don't have the time for a seasonal job. Anyway, I could get as much overtime as I want at work, if I wanted to get more money.
