This is a beware day. I really got to avoid greasy foods, but everything in it place in a diet, and in a goal setting awareness. Indulge in a this nearly impossible to ignore guilty pleasure because it is National Greasy Foods Day! What is your favorite guilty indulgence, that you don't eat everyday or just once a month? Have a gr8 day, I only wish you happiness

I didn't hear of this. I guess there wasn't a store that offered any deals to the "artery cloggers". I may get a greasy burger once a month. Sometimes I will split it with my son so that I don't feel too guilty.

I didn't hear this story either. This is a first for me. I only est something greasy every once in a while. I have been trying to eat healthy meals like baking chicken instead of frying it. Even with my french fries.
