It is ok I guess, if you don't want it, can't use it or it does not fit. I can count on one hand the times I regifted in 65 years.
sI have been very lucky. Now at my age there is not much I really need and I should get rid of things that I have bought. if I not used it in a few years I am sure I don't need it. But hopefully someone else can.

So long it's a gift that I know someone will eventually use, I'm ok with it.

I have no problem with it. It is better than keeping something you know you dont want or wont use and someone else may really like it.

I'm all for regifting, just as long as the original giver knows nothing about it. Sometimes people give gifts that we don't want/need and we don't have a use for it. So why keep something that we will never need.

I think regifting is fine. My mom had it down to a science! She had a huge box and every gift was labeled so she knew who it came from and never regifted an item in the same group of friends or family

Regifting is fine. I have done it before and it's only because I got 2 of the same gift. Why have it sitting around when you know someone else could use it.

I think it is okay. Normally if my kids get a duplicate gift, then usually I will donate it to someone needy.

That is a good rule to remember!  I don't see anything wrong with regifting if it is something that you don't want or won't use and you know someone who would like it or use it, regift it!
Have a wonderful day!
