I know too many girls who sell them now - I feel bad that I can't order more from each!

I had a "Girl Scout Cookie" martini last weekend. It was based on the Thin Mint cookie...a creamy chocolate mint flavor and the glass was rimmed with crushed cookie crumbs.  I'm going to stick with the cookies from now on.  Martinis and I don't do too well together.

I absolutely love thin mints. When I used to live in Long Island, there was a local Girl Scout shop. I would faithfully purchase at least two boxes of thin mints once a year. Since moving Upstate, however, I have discontinued the practice. I used to be a (Brownie) Girl Scout, and I vividly remember selling Girl Scout cookies to my mother's place of employment and my elementary school. Sometimes my mother would purchase a ton of cookies just for us, LOL.

No, as much as I love Girl Scout cookies, I've just gotta say no this year. My hubby is a diabetic and his sugars get way to high with sweets.

I could go through boxes of tagalongs a day if no one was there to yell at me for eating them all!  :P
