Sure have, I walk at least one hour everyday and exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week.

Yes, I have to schedule my workouts each week so they become apart of my weekly plan. I vary my exercising up between running, yoga, weight training, dancing, and spin. If something comes up and my day changes I do something that will fit in such as talking my dogs for a longer walk or stretching while I'm cooking. I'm focused on staying healthy.

I've been doing a Couch to 5k program. My husband is training for a half-marathon, so I decided to do a little bit of running too.
I'll finish my program next week, and we plan to run a 5k on Pi day (March 14th)

   As soon as all the snow is gone, I will discontinue walking at the mall. I will walk or jog at the local trails. I love spring!

I have started this year but injured my leg and I will be starting again forst thing Monday morning. I can't wait because I'm beggining to feel sluggish again. Good luck with you marathon.
