I have started exercising again but I have toned it down a bit. I used to jog 2 /12 miles as a normal route but now I only walk briskly. (I am getting older and have a fear of falling). I aim for 10 miles a week.

I haven't been keeping up well with exercise. I need to get back on it once the weather gets better
