Error message after completing survey

I just finished a very short survey and got a message telling me there was a technical error and to try the survey again later. I've never had that happen before and was wondering if this is something that has happened to other people.

I also sent in a help ticket already, but I was wondering, does this happen a lot?

Seems odd that the error would happen AFTER completion.

Is there a post somewhere I can read up on what to do if it happens again? Also, is there a way to find out what survey it is so I know for sure I choose the right one to file a help ticket?

I believe that I have had this happen to me in the past and more than one time. I do not remember if it was on FC or another site. Usually, there is nothing than can be done but it never hurts to open up a support ticket.

You might try going into your history and you may be able to find the link that will describe or take you to the survey.

Surveys are always a hit or a miss. You never know what is going to happen when you access a survey. At least your survey was short. This happens to people after taking a survey 15 minutes or longer. 

Welcome to Fusion Cash. it's a great site but it's not perfect. Nor are any other sites.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I just thought it was odd because I had not gotten it before saying to try the survey AGAIN at a later time... It was one of those HUH?!? moments. LOL!

I wasn't too worried about it, I just thought whoever was delivering the survey should be made aware of what appeared to be a glitch in the system.

I've gotten that message a few times.  About a week or so ago, I got that message on one of the Peanut Lab surveys after completing the survey.  I contacted them and they did credit me for the survey.

I had that happen to me a few times in the past month.   I did not put a ticket in I am guessing I should have.  I just figured it was the link to the site.   Sometimes they work and sometimes not.

This has happened to me from time to time.  It's strange when it says to try the survey again later.  As far as I know once you attempt the survey there is no way to try it again later (on FusionCash's site)?  I've wondered if it was a computer glitch on my end, but thought it might be standard language used by the survey providers in the event of ANY technical issue.

This has happened to me several times over the years, it can be frustrating for sure, but I just move on to the next survey and try again.

Oh yes, it is ABSOLUTELY frustrating.. I guess it happened to all of us at some point.... wasting time, losing money... does not make anyone happy.... I was never able to gain those lost surveys back... truth is that I also never opened a ticket for that... I just let those go... took them as a loss...

It happened to me a few months ago. I submitted a support ticket and was basically told too bad, try another survey. I just completed a survey, and instead of getting the completion message, it told me I didn't qualify (after watching all of the videos and answering all the questions). I sent a support ticket, but I'm assuming I won't be seeing that $0.75 either. With other sites, I get credit when I report an error after completion. I'm not too optimistic about that happening here though based on my previous experience. I guess I'll see in a couple of days.
