Macaroni or Potato Salad - which are your favorite to eat or make?

I love them both, but hate making potato salad (I think it's a lot more work).  But made both of the party for the 4th of July.

I love Macaroni and Potato Salad.  Some people can make them really well, then there are those who haven't a clue.

I love them both but I like to make a macaroni salad without mayo.  Instead I use a little olive oil and red wine vinegar and I use chopped yellow, red or orange peppers, chopped green onions, black beans and season it with salt, pepper, basil, oregano and just a little grated romano cheese.

I love to make both! Macaroni tuna salad is my favorite and then potato egg and dill salad is another favorite! Both are so good!

What time are you serving this?  LOL  Love this idea because I use EVOO + red wine vinegar, salt & pepper with garden-grown tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion for best summer salad.  This recipe has everything I enjoy in it using the 3 colorful bell peppers and chopped green onions + seasonings.  YUM!  Must try this!

Potato Salad is my favorite, however I do not make it well but the hubby does :)we will have tomorrow for the 4th. I can take or leave macaroni salad.
