Snooze button on your clock or device
« on: August 06, 2016, 04:16:17 am »
How many times do you hit the snooze button on your clock or device before you
finally wake up?

I use to hit the button twice, now i just get up. I do not want to take chances.

I try never to hit the snooze button but to instead beat out the buzzer every morning by getting up a few minutes before the buzzer is due to go off. Then I can just delete the alarm altogether and not have to listen to its annoying noise.

I rarely sleep until the alarm goes off.  If I do happen to sleep long enough for the alarm to go off, I do not hit snooze, I just get right up.

I have never used a snooze alarm, if the alarm is set i am always up before it goes off. Have always been that way. My parents would set their alarm and when they would get downstairs i would have the coffee going and starting on breakfast. Now my sister could sleep through anything, she is still lazy. My niece when she was living with me her snooze alarm would go off 3-4 times and i would get up and go in and make her get up. She had to be at work about 3 hours before me.  Glad when she found a place to live.

I'm one of the  few people that will only use an alarm clock about 4 or 5 days out of the year.  Those are special event days that I do have be up at a certain time.  On those days, I don't use the snooze button.

On the other 360 days of the year, I'm up when I'm up and that's pretty much it.   8)

It helps to be self employed with my husband so we can call the shots for the most part.  Our schedule doesn't involve very early mornings .

I usually hit the snooze on my phone's alarm twice (five minutes each snooze) before I get up.  Of course I set my alarm for 15 minutes earlier than needed so I don't oversleep lol

Sometimes I get right up and other times I hit the snooze a few times.  I am certainly trying to get to where I get up right away all the time.

As soon as the alarm goes off, I pop out of bed and get on with the day.  Many times I'll awaken before it goes off. I don't even know if I have a snooze button.

Never hit the snooze button because the alarm clock is on the other side of the room.  Do this on purpose so I have to get out of bed to shut it off.
