Are there any chronic pain suffers out there? Today is one of my not so good days. I am relaxing as much as I can and taking my pain medication.

I am...I have spinal stenosis and 2 bulging discs with arthritis at every level in my back..osteo in both knees..so I pretty much stay in pain..sometimes in the morning s it hurts to try and get ready...I take pain medication daily..hope you feel better

yes ! i have Lupus and its hell ! i never know when a flare up is coming and the stupidest thing trigger them --to much heat , to much cold,, eating the wrong thing , etc... i have so many bad days anymore that i just want to stay in bed and never get out --but i try to keep going and never give into it --its hard and i pray for anyone who has chronic pain to find some relief

I have 2 hips that need replacing but most of the pain is in my leg and groin mucsels . my bad hips have twisted putting constant pressure on these areas. I take prescription meloxicam till my body gets used to it them switch to tylenol and OTC nsaids. My admiration to all you good people dealing with chronic pain

My boyfriend has terrible arthritis pain that he suffers from in his knees and wrists. He takes ibuprofen, but it only helps a little. He seems to have flair-ups more frequently when the humidity is high.

I pray for relief for all of you suffering chronic pain, my mother  has been going through this since the first of the year.  You never know how she is going to be feeling and what mood she will be in.  We know she is hurting, but we cannt ot do anything about it.  We keep taking her to different doctors, but don't know what else we can do.
