Do you talk to your  parents via phone, in person or text every week? I make sure I check
on my folks at least via phone every week.

i'm in touch with my mom every day or every other day Now that she is nearing 80 every other works best. Most of the time I contact her by phone sometimes I stop by. I usually see her once or twice a week. This is when I am glad we live in the same town.

Although I haven't seen my parents in over a week,  I usually visit them once a week. I did talk to my mom a few days ago.
