Does anyone use a laundromat?

No, we have washer /dryer  I thought about taking the over sized thing like comforter but we have a discount cleaner so I just take there,  maybe I will check out a  laundromat next time just to compare costs.

My husband and I started using a laundromat about a year ago when our washing maching broke. We never bought a new washing machine because we found we preferred to do the laundry at the laundromat, even though, as you say, it is very expensive. You can get all your laundry done in one shot using several machines and it is fun to meet new people every time you go and have great conversations.

Only a few times if the one at home breaks and I have nothing to wear.

Last time I went was to wash a hand-made comforter of my grand-daughter's.

You have to get there right when the place opens to grab a washer before all the mom's grab them up to do kids' clothes.

I hate it.

Only time I use a laundromat is when we are traveling, if the hotel laundry is busy,  then we take it to a laundromat.
