I would never buy a brand new car, The minute  you drive it off the  car lot, you lose a bundle. because it is now considered a used car.  Maybe i am cheap, but i prefer to buy a used one. Hopefully a one owner.  I would also do a lot of fact checking to make sure it is not one that has been in a flood,  Lot of crooks out there

It is always a hassle shopping for a new car, trying to get the best deal.  It seems like right after I buy a new car, they have a sale better than the one when I purchased mine!  Good luck on your search!
Have a wonderful day!

I know how you feel but let me just say the last car I purchased was a Toyota Camry and that was in 2006.  I still have the car and it runs great.  Hope that helps.

I can identify with your stress.  We went car shopping a couple of years ago, and it was quite a process.  Buying a new car is a big deal and you want to make sure you've done all your research and explored all the possibilities, all the ins and outs, features, finances, the list goes on and on.  But eventually, your thoughts and finds will come together and you will have a brand new family member, (even if it's a used car!) Good luck with the process and stay positive!!!

I can surely relate. I bought a Kia Soul about a year ago. It took all afternoon just to do the paper work.

I bought my car last year online.  I am not about haggling and dealing with that crap.  I forgot the website I used but basically I put in the info for what I wanted selected my options it gave me a price which I think was decent.  It showed me the dealerships in my area that had the car.  I went for a test drive then came back the next day to buy it.  The process was very easy.

the days of having a car are long over for the past 12 years we have only owned crew cab trucks they are way more useful for our lifestyle  and I feel I get more bang for my buck  with the crew cab still fit the same as a car and the granbabies love riding in a truck

I can't stand shopping for a car. I need to replace my vehicle, but I'm so attached to it that nothing else is even appealing. And the prices are really ridiculous even for used cars.

I'm still driving a car that I bought in 2007.  It is a 2005 Ford Focus that was a rental car.  It had 21,000 miles on it when I bought it.  It has been a good car.  It is about ready to hit the 100,000 mile.  I do want a newer vehicle.  I want a Ford Escape.  Not sure if it will be new or used.

My husband just bought a used Chevy off of Facebook marketplace. (Assuming you are looking at used ones) Good luck to you!

I know what you mean. Buying a new car should be an enjoyable experience, but the fact you have to haggle to get a decent price ruins the experience.
The most pleasant experience I have had was when I researched prices on the car I wanted before I went shopping for it. If they didn't come close, I walked away.
