How long does it take you to get to work?

Doesn't take me that long/  I work from home so a few cups of hot tea or cappuccino and I'm ready to get started.

I scan merchandise at two stores. One takes me fifteen minutes to get to from my home. The other store takes me fifty minutes from my home. The company I work for pays travel time to stores which take thirty minutes or longer to get to.

Depending on traffic, it can take me about 50 minutes for me to get to work.

It takes me about 5 minutes, a bit longer if I have to stop at one or both of the stop lights between my house and work.

I'm retired so I will answer from when I worked.  One job I worked was about 30-35 minutes from home and I was there for over 3 years; another was about 15 minutes away and I was there for almost 3 years; and still another was about 10 minutes away and I worked there for a little over 7 years.  Before these jobs, I hadn't worked for awhile. From experience, driving over about 30 minutes in heavy traffic and then adding bad weather is the pits!!!

My job is 4 miles from our apartment.Traffic is only thing that gets in the way sometimes.

I live in MD and work out of VA it takes me an hour and 1/2 but I only have to drive it once a week.

Usually takes about 40-45 minutes but some days it has taken over an hour and a half.... hate those days.

I am retired now so don't even go to work at all, but when I did go to work it only took me 10 minutes to get there because I landed a job right on the other side of the town I live in. Lucky!

I live in the Denver suburbs and work downtown. An average morning commute (barring snow) is about a half hour (14ish miles).

 I am only 12 blocks from my job so, I'm going to say 10 or so minutes.

2 minutes without any red lights.  Yeah.  Long commute.
