I don't feed the birds, but had a bird take over my potted plant and build a nest in it. Eggs just hatched so I get to see the baby birds from the view of my window.

Years ago a bird built a nest in a Tonka truck one of the kids left on the back porch. That was pretty cool.  We were even outside when they hatched out.

Last year, my husband said that the birds kept coming to get water every time he was out water the plants, so I went and got a Birds house, added some seeds and a water container and they come every day.

I do feed the birds. I put out suit, seeds, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.  Most of them like the sandwiches the best. Ive heard bread isnt good for them, but have never had a problem. And my Orioles come back every year to get the grape jelly :)

I have several different woodpeckers, Orioles, Chickadees, Red winged Blackbirds, Nuthatches, all kinds of Sparrows, the only ones I really have a problem with are the Woodpeckers, Ive seen them grab the little birds by the tufts on their heads :(

My birds do not really care for the suit. Never thought a bird would eat jelly. I know some suit is made with peanut butter so that kind of makes sense.

I am talking about wild birds. I do not want birds in my house. They are loud and nasty. My aunt has several. They make way too much noise.
