Christmas Cookies

It's National Cookie Day on this December 4th. Do you watch the Christmas Cookie Cooking Contest? I really love receiving those cookie tins. I use the tins. I have to dunk the hard cookies. I melt with those soft cookies. Do you make Christmas cookies? I have very wide range of likes especially the surprise flavor bursts, but the most is the free ones they taste the best  :present:

I didn't know it was national Cookie Day.  I don't usually make Christmas cookies but I buy them sometimes already premade.

I made Fruit cake cookies this year and they were real good. With gluten free flour.

A group of us get together every year for a day and make all kinds of cookies.  Then we invite all of our friends over with cookies and have a great cookie exchange.  It is fun, and you get such a wide variety of cookies.  And yes some of them do bring store bought cookies, just the special Christmas ones.

Not aware of such a day.  By the way who decides on what day is allocated to something.  Seems just a little redundant.
