FusionCash / Re: Survey Crash
« on: November 06, 2012, 12:37:17 pm »Message ID: 636822
I just tried the TV survey and FC crashed on me, too!     A "ERROR" message came over, and it said to try again later.

I just finished it and I had no problem with it. What browsers were you two using? I was using Firefox.

FC Survey: New TV Show Study    2012-11-06    $2.40    Approved

I used Chrome, I think I had a shockwave issue. I've restarted now and everything is fine, but can't seem to load the FC survey screen for some reason.

FusionCash / Survey Crash
« on: November 06, 2012, 12:24:21 pm »Message ID: 636811
I just want to vent about my bad luck :( I was in the middle of a survey that was about a new tv show and it was a nice $2.40 payout. Then suddenly all of FusionCash crashed. So not only did I miss out on a reasonable payout on a survey, but I was actually really interested in where the TV show was going... did they buy the toy? did they not? I will never know....

Off-Topic / Re: So how do you celebrate your birthday?

I don't have any birthday traditions, last year I was 8 months pregnant but managed to get myself out to a comedy club with my husband. A fun time was had by all!

Support / Forum bonus and stuff
« on: October 31, 2012, 07:23:12 pm »Message ID: 632774
Ok, so I just chose 3 message Id's and applied for the 30 post forum bonus for October. Are there any benefits to choosing certain massages? Should I be choosing the more helpful for example? I'm curious why I needed to pick 3 messages, I thought the admins checked all the posts anyway to check none are just spammy to get the bonus.

Also I can only post 9 messages a day, anyone know if/when this limit will be lifted?

I struggle too, I clear cookies etc but it still only works sometimes. I got it to work today. I'll try again with cleared cookies tomorrow. Maybe my luck will have changed.

I like to shop online because I feel like I'm getting the best deal. It's easy to check for any discount or coupon codes with sites like retailmenot.com etc. And I can really easily compare multiple websites/brands/companies so I can get the most for my money.

Off-Topic / Busy Forum
« on: October 31, 2012, 06:35:47 pm »Message ID: 632740
The off topic forum section seems particularly busy tonight. Is this by any chance because people are trying to fill up their monthly quota for the bonus? Or is it just a randomly busy night? Has anyone actually noticed a difference between the beginning and end of a month? On the otherhand maybe with it being Halloween it's bringing everyone out for the night :) I'm really curious.

I have a Lab-chow mix, He looks like a lab with on ear sticking up like a chow, a slightly longer coat than a normal lab and a thick bushy curly tail like a chow. We adopted him last year from the humane society :)

Off-Topic / Re: Black Friday

Black Friday is a new concept to me since I'm from England and don't have a thanksgiving day. I'll be keeping an eye out online mostly but fighting through the crowds just makes me claustrophobic thinking about it lol. I'm looking forward to seeing what bargains can be had though!

Off-Topic / Re: Are you giving out candy in your neighborhood???

We have a great neighborhood, mostly the families are out trick or treating and the folks with an 'empty nest' hand out the candy. There is plenty of candy and plenty of kids to take the candy :) it makes for a fun night!

FusionCash / Re: When is the best time to cash out?
« on: October 31, 2012, 05:36:02 pm »Message ID: 632695
I just cashed out when I reached $25 too. At first I just mindlessly clicked the cashout button because I was so excited I'd got my first $25. Then I thought it was a bad idea since it was a 6 week wait until I actually saw the money, but now I'm thinking I will probably stick with that plan so I get a bit of a head start on my next $25, then hopefully I can cash out every month. Also, I've heard the occasional story of people randomly getting banned from sites and losing their earnings. I've never heard a bad thing said about FC, but out of habit I cash out asap on all my sites to be safe.

Off-Topic / Re: Change clocks back Sat 11.3

Thanks for the reminder, I'm from England originally and their clocks go back and forward a couple of weeks earlier than they do here. It's comforting to know my mum is an hour closer to me even if it's just for a couple of weeks. Of course when they go forward it's not so fun when she's an hour further away. But I guess it's all relative. (so they say)

Payments / Re: 2ND CASHOUT NO PROBLEMS!!
« on: October 30, 2012, 05:49:03 pm »Message ID: 631972
Nice, I'm waiting on my first cash out. I think I got a bit giddy and cashed out a couple of weeks ago. I should have been a bit more patient and waited until the end of the month so it wasn't such a long wait. However it does give me a bit of a head start so I can hopefully cash out again next month. Fingers crossed I can cash out monthly :)

FusionCash / Re: No Catch.Just Cash?
« on: October 30, 2012, 05:45:04 pm »Message ID: 631969
I think the catch is:
Your balance must be at least $25
$15 of your balance must come from offer completions  :)

I like the $15 in offers, it makes me feel a bit better that everyone has to do a little bit of work, and can't just rely on referrals and cash out a bunch of money. Yeah the $25 is a little higher than some other websites I use. But it's comparatively easier to get to that $25 than a lot of other sites.

Offers / Re: Crazy Task Luck
« on: October 30, 2012, 05:41:07 pm »Message ID: 631964
Did anyone else have a crazy run with the tasks today? I was able to do the Task: Classify News Articles into 5 Categories 92 times today!

It's a $.04 task so I earned $3.68. It was easy and I ended up reading a lot of the articles since the descriptions were so interesting

I'm scared it was a fluke and is all going to disappear!

Just curious to know how long that took. I've done tasks on other sites and a lot of the time it really wasn't worth my time. If I can get these done in a reasonable amount of time it might be worth a look!
