 National Weather Service and Weather.forecast.gov are also excellent websites. Just Google them and explore which ones you prefer. Available anytime 24/7/365 anywhere on your computer or cell phone. Be informed...not mislead. You need weather information just to survive.

  No shocking hazards: Big pills! Vitamins supplements: It all depends on your health, what you want them for and your overall health goals. No foods are going to give you all the nutrients you need. I agree: You need some supplements. I am trying to lose some weight. No more coffee early in the morning. Now I do liquid Carnation Instant Breakfast (tetra packs) which are very satisfying and taste very good. Consider other options: Ensure, Boost and other brand names for meal replacement. Consult with your Doctor before start using any of these products.
