Off-Topic / Re: want to hear some opinions please...

i always grew up thinking that's what you're supposed to do  :dontknow:
live plants are something that grows, hence the person's spirit living on?
i mean, nobody has ever TOLD me this is the reason they take the plants
home, but i've just assumed from a young age...

why would you want them to go to waste? the funeral home throws them
out or donates them if they are not taken. they're flowers for goodness
sakes, not an urn full of human ashes.

give the plant to someone who will appreciate it, if you're not going to.

i always THINK i'm in the mood for a scary movie...
but then i usually silently arm-flapping, covering my face,
and closing one eye if it's really suspenseful!

so, yes... when i'm not watching them. NO when i am! haha.

i would let him go on 2 trips - the ones that would be
the most educational and the ones that aren't going to
suppress him and his active lifestyle. maybe the theaters
and plays aren't the best idea for him.

the farm and pizzeria sound more interactive  :)

meetings at my work are few and far between,
so when we actually have them, all the important stuff
can finally be brought up for discussion. i actually wish
we had MORE of them so everyone would be on the
same page all the time, instead of most of the time.

communication is key!

wait, what?
someone will have to explain what this is. i don't have children,
so i'm unaware of what you're talking about.

and how would it be to control the population? i don't think people
have children just to get money (unless we're talking about the
ones popping them out every other year to receive welfare?)

i would have gotten 30$ worth of gas the other day if i just had lied. hey i didnt know what was going on with the pump...all i know it that it wasnt working properly. they asked if i prepaid 30$ ..no but i will take it.

maybe someone was paying it forward to you?
you never know! i wonder if the gas station voided
the transaction or kept the pre-pay. hmm...

I'm actually more interested in sites like plink.com that will automatically reward you just by seeing what's been purchased in your bank account. I'm a little hesitant about giving them my login credentials for my bank account, though.

i've never heard of this. it sounds interesting. i'd like to read up
on some reviews about it, though.

i've noticed little headlines in my checking account while banking
online that say "redeem 5% back at starbucks!" and other similar
things when i've made a purchase that is relatable to their
featured retailers. i haven't been interested enough to click it
and see what it's all about, but i just keep thinking there has to
be a catch...

i've really been wanting to get more into couponing! been thinking
about purchasing a new printer.

thought, of course.
it takes some thought to use a gun, no?

it takes a whole lot more thought to create violence.
and some very disturbed thought, at that.

however, if you're offering me $22 million, i'm reconsidering!

the kardashians are pure entertainment. i could really care less.

once in awhile, but not too often.
i'm scheduled until 6:30 daily, but if there is a customer
looking for invitations (mostly brides), and they come in
at 6:00... sometimes it's a long night! i'm the only one
in the store that manages the print studio, so i'm kinda
stuck.

it might only happen about once a month and i can make
up that time by leaving early or taking a longer break if
i want to.

Off-Topic / Re: Selling your body
« on: April 21, 2013, 07:07:05 pm »Message ID: 724365
I sell my body, and mind, on a daily basis to this thing called work.  I spend more time doing this than anything else in life and I would choose not to if I could survive without the financial and monetary gain. I sell my time to cretins that have gained their corporate positions not through skill and fresh ideas but through liaisons, friendships, and a brown-nosing philosophy that has helped put them in a position of power. Nothing really separates me from the dancer that takes their clothes off for a living(except they are in better shape) or a convict putting in their time. After prostituting myself to corporate America I come home and give myself away, freely, to my family.  If I am lucky I am able to reward myself with five-ten minutes a day to make a few dollars, for myself, at Fusion cash! There-full circle!

love it. right there with you!
