If you are suffering pain from a Migraine, it usually is just in your head.

You are not married, he is your fiance right now, correct? His income should have nothing to do with your qualifying for help with medical bills and/or medications. You need to do some research on aid for the non-insured because it is out there and get yourself into a Pain Management Clinic in order to get a proper diagnosis. If you are unable to work, I would also contact Social Security and find out about filing for disability if you are not going to be able to work for a long period of time. Even if you are married, you are still able to file for disability, but you are going to need a precise diagnosis that is verifiable. I would never attempt to tell you what could be wrong with you on a forum like this one - that's why there are doctors out there. I don't know who informed you that your fiance's income stops you from being treated, but that is NOT true, period. You need to jump on this and start checking into ways to help yourself get it though. Good luck. ;)

I have been there.  I am so sorry that you are in pain.  I found that acupuncture helped to relieve my pain.  I will pray for you.
