How Often do You Shower?

I shower every night before bed; I have my whole life.  I don't get how people can go to sleep all gross and grimy from the day...eww!

I try to shower daily, but a busy, single, working mother of 2 toddlers. With my work schedule being 2 night shifts (midnight to 8am), I usually go to sleep when I get home and then wake up and have to get the kids and most of the time don't have time to shower. Then I go back to work for the 2nd night shift and then come home, sleep, then get the kids, and then shower before bed. So most of the time it's everyday with the exception of skipping a day a week. Sometimes I skip washing my hair 2 days in a row, especially if I straightened it (bc it takes so long to do for my hair).

I prefer daily show. If for some reason I can't do it, I need to take a sponge bath.

I'm also a busy mom of 2...but I make sure to get time for myself like everyone else does.  If not for anything else, but to take a shower.  Hair should have nothing to do with it.  You don't have to wash your hair every time you shower.  I wash my hair every two-three days.  Shower, everyday...A MUST!

Mostly every day, but if not every other day.  I truly enjoy showers.

I shower every day cause of my sports... but i can't wash my hair every day cause it gets dried out. so i wash that every other day. i use pantene shampoo when i do wash my hair though... its the best... it makes my hair so soft and smooth.

Everyday in the summer especially, sometimes even twice. In the winter I love to take warm showers or baths and relax

I like showering in the morning a fresh new start to the day.
And I nice warm calming shower before bed ... to take the gunk on my body from being exposed to all the filth and bad vibes that I have been exposed to by others.

I usually only shower once daily (washing and shampooing) but recently the weathers been getting really warm so I have been showering more often.
