Did you know that you can get a virus on your phone if you use it to go online? I did not know this until today. I have wondered about it, but never really heard anything on it. When are the hackers and virus makers going to start attacking phones? Sigh...

Well your phone is basically a very small computer with all or similar components. So yes, you can get a virus on it. Hackers are already attacking phones as well.

It's mostly just in smartphones or newer phones that can get online/receive e-mail. I know BlackBerry and Droid have an app called 'Lookout' that's a free anti-virus for your phone in case you think you'll get a virus.
