Lost Cell-Phone
« on: February 06, 2012, 06:02:18 pm »
I know some men are more prone to losing their cell-phone within a year. Unlike the ladies who carry their own purse or handbag, have you ever lost your cell phone a number of times when you place them on the pocket of your pants or simply misplaced them?

I wouldn't say men are necessarily more prone to losing their phones.  I'm female and terrible with phones.  In the past 4 years, I've lost two phones and accidentally killed one via washing machine.   :notworthy:

I missed placed my cell phone a couple of times.  I had to call my number so I could find it.  I have left it in the car several times.  I do not like to be without it as I am getting up in years and I need it in case something happens or I fall down and then I can can for help.

I think certain type's of people lose their phone's, not so much which gender does the most. I've almost lost a phone a few time's, but I've got lucky to get them retured to me!  ;D

I place one in a bowl that had cooking oil in it. I thought the bowl was clean. Boy was I wrong. Big mistake.

I never let my phone leave my side. I'll charge it during classes and in the library but I never will turn my back on it.

My husband 'misplaces' his phone constantly. He lets it die and turns it off. If I could I would attach it permanently to his body.

I've been through over 100 diff phones since I was 17... I know that's a lot but in college I used to hustle a lot I would buy a phone use it for a week then sell it and make money... I've lost a few and dropped a few in my beer cup while partying haha but I just got the new iPhone 4s for free and ordered an off brand otter box for it... This Phone is sooooo bad and fast haha... But if u have a smart phone I would def recommend getting an otter box to protect it... U can literally throw ur phone across the room and it won't break

After misplacing my cell phone one too many times I buckled down and bought a pouch to strap onto my belt......it looks pretty goofy, but it has saved me many hours and panic looking for a "lost" phone.
