woke up with a whopper migrane at 400 am

i was hoping the migrane's would stay away but i guess not i called the doctor but haven't heard from him as of yet but the nurse told me to take a pain pill but i don't like taking them i feel funky when i do so i am trying to deal with it if it gets any worse i mite take one

I get hormonal migraines. I have ever since I went into menopause. Now im post menopause and I still get bad headaches. Not always a migraine though. I know how you feel, they are awful.
