Feel better!  My sister gets them and I see how much pain they cause her, hope it goes away soon!

I feel for you and am so glad you have some meds. I used to get them at work. I had a good boss and they would make me go to the back of the store and lay down of course with ice to the neck. sometimes they ease and some times one of my crew would take me home with another following. They all started when I had a bad car wreck and had whiplash. Thank heavens they have really eased. Now I only get twinges when I don't sleep at nigh. Had to rest with so much on my mind.

Try some alternate healing therapy say like acupressure, it does work, A friend of mine had severe sinus problem since so many years now its getting better with help of acupressure.

I suffer from them sporadically and I feel you, glad you have medicine for it but take it easy and make sure you do not stress yourself sometimes that makes them worse

I know how it feels, I take Topamax daily to keep from getting. migraines. When I get them they last about 4 days and I can't even lay my head on a pillow the pressure is too much. Ican't even look at a computer screen because the light is too bright.
