About how many cups of water did you drink today?

None, so bad i know, but i have had none today. about to go pop a couple bottles in the freezer. i have such a hard time drinking water

Since posting earlier today, I have had two 20 oz bottles and 2 cups chamomile tea. Not perfect, but better than nothing, lol.

Asking random pointless questions is so ridiculous and rampant on here coupled with bad grammar and misspelling it's an FC mockery.  I mean come on put some effort and thought into it.  Many sites have forums and don't pay anything, the least people can do on here to get that $3 is start meaningful discussions that can help you or other people in some way.  Note I am not talking about replying I am talking about starting a discussion with a decent subject not some firvolous off the wall question, geez

I usually drink abou t2 bottled waters a day.I shoukd driink more.  I co drink other stuff. But they say water is the most important. BMaston12

I usually drink 4 to 8 cups of water daily.  It is easiest for me to have 2 liter bottles of water chilled in the fridge.  I take those 2 bottles to work and sip on them all day long.

I think I've only had 20oz of water today, which is actually really unusual. I typically drink about 2-3 litres a day, sometimes more and sometimes less. Now that I've thought about it I'll probably go get a bottle of water after I finish my posts for this month.

Not enough.  I may have some water in the morning and when I get home, and sometimes for lunch. During work, i should take more water breaks.
