This is why it takes so long for them to respond, they answer on a first come first serve basis!!   :glasses-nerdy:

This has been on there for a year.  And I have 2 tickets that were submitted over 2 months ago.  You cannot tell me they are over 2 months behind in responding to support tickets.  Yes they answer in the order they receive the tickets but most should be able to be solved in 10 min or less.

Well, I guess they can wait to answer tickets for 2 months. I'm still waiting for my June ticket to be answered on my Picture Payment bonus. On my last ticket, they emailed by the bonus would be paid June 10 for the March picture payment, but I never received it and got tired of waiting so canceled it so I could put my picture payment in for June..  Now I've been waiting for approval of my June picture payment to be approved since June. It seems to be a waste of time for me to try for that extra $1 because I haven't received one since May of last year.

You should have just left it alone. You are not going to get paid for but the one anyway.  Everyone is experiencing the same issues with this.  It is not a waste.  You submit it then go on with your life.  It approves when it does.

Perhaps I am wrong but I believe that Fusion cash is now a one man operation.  And it might be that that one man has other obligations besides Fusion Cash.

If I had to open a support ticket, I would do so and then hope for the best. I would go about my business and one day my ticket might get answered.

The problem is FC paid me in MARCH. I put in for the picture payment $1 bonus almost immediately.  I waited until JUNE. In June FC paid me again. Was I supposed to lose a picure payment bonus for March? Evidently, because the rules state only one picture payment bonus at a time. From the instructions "Please note that you can have only one pending request at a time." So if they didn't pay in March, I couldn't request a payment for June according to that. Now, my June bonus is still pending.

So-Can someone tell me how long it take to receive the picture payment bonus?   I never remember it taking this long for payment. Does it really take 3 or more months to get that bonus? If that's the case, then I won't be able to request my July payment when I receive it.  That's crazy! 
I really think it's better to not cancel one, especially if it's been a few months. It will only put you at the back of the line so to speak. I'm still waiting for my last one too, I think it's from May or June, but I'm just going to wait it out, and when it comes through I'll put in for the next one I have that's eligible. Nothing else to do really in my opinion.

After Cash Out I received a disqual for a survey.  I am sending a ticket to see why, and ask that it be reinstated if it isn't my fault.  Waiting to see the outcome.

Note:  I can't remember the contents and really do not know what went wrong, if it was full when I submitted or what.


Ha Good luck with that. I don't think you'll ever get the answer you are hoping for. Surveys are a major pain sometimes, but there's only been a couple sites I've been a member of that would actually credit me for one after I sent them screen shots of what happened.

It says right under your Payment Picture history that you have to wait up to 60 days for approval, although lately it  has been longer. So no, you are not able to request a bonus every month, unless by some small chance, they approve them early. That doesn't mean you can't request a bonus for an old payment. You can still submit a March payment during the month of June. Why would you cancel? Now you've wasted all that time and have to wait all over again for the new submission to be approved. Just be patient, and when it's finally approved, you can submit the next one.

In the forum somewhere I posted that if you re-submit a support ticket, you will go to the bottom of the list!
They are answered on a first come first responded basis!!

When I first joined any time I had a problem and submitted a ticket it was answered within 48 hours.

Have been waiting for answer for this same problem since December of last year and submitted 2 more tickets after that for the same problem and still no answer.  I use also use my postings for this problem when I submit my forum posting and will use this one this month.  Not any help though.
