I also read that bananas have a low level of radioactivity in them.
Have a wonderful day!

I appreciate the information but I think it was more than I ever wanted to know about a banana,  I, for one, can only eat bananas before they become too mushy, which means almost no brown!  I really dislike them when they are overripe!

My doctor wants me to eat a banana every day as well as an apple.  Sometimes I get in maybe 3 or 4 a week twice a month.

Love them and eat them at four times a weeks.  Doctor claims it is good source of potassium

I'm not a fan of bananas, but I eat them anyway. I prefer them on the unripe side. Once they get too ripe, the mushy texture turns me off. On the other hand, I had a banana that was too green once. The stomach cramps - ugh!

Bananas are also alkaline so they have a tendency to balance body chemistry.  One of my favorite fruits.
Have a great day!

I do not believe we ever leave the store without them, did not realize all the benefits of them.

Very interesting banana information some I knew and some I was unaware of ................. I like bananas a lot - I do not like them on the green side but I don't like them overly ripe either.  It is rare for me to miss a day without eating at least a half of one and usually eat it with peanut butter.
