exercise
« on: February 10, 2010, 04:40:29 am »
I use to hate it but now I love it.  I have had so much going on the past few days i haven't been able to do anything except my physical therapy on monday.

Do you like to work out?

My favorite exercise is walking.  I walk atleast 5 times a week about 3 to 4 1/2 miles.  I walk pretty fast to build up a sweat.  I also walk on the sand but the walking is at a slower pace.  I used to go to a gym but I never felt 100% comfortable, I've tried Tae Bo, exercise tapes at home, yoga, and exercise bikes but the only thing I stick to and really enjoy is the walking.  It never gets boring walking along the beach and watching the beautiful birds and the sound of the ocean.  I also find that on days I don't walk (because of bad weather) I am tired and less motivated.  ;) ;)

I don't really like to exercise. I have to get really pumped up by listening to music or just force myself to do it.

Love it.  I hit the gym 3 times a week and take jujitsu 2, sometimes 3-4 times a week.

I hate the thought of exercising. But once I get goin' I feel great. So it's the getting up and actually doing it part that is the hardest for me.

I have a hard time getting started. Once I do it feels good. Right now I am looking for motivation to start getting into an exercise routine.

I like to exercise but I don't like doing it by myself.  It's cool to have your best friend go workout with you!

I dance, I walk, and I run around on mountains and trails when it's decent enough to do...love being active and fit...and I go really bonkers when I don't burn off enough energy lol

Ha ha ha, ju jitsu will certainly get you into shape XD nothing like being so tired that getting off the floor feels too hard. I took one class of ju jitsu in college and have missed it every day since.
