« on: August 18, 2007, 02:38:52 am »
I did a bunch of offers from the instant section. What gives? :(

I also have an entire sheet of non-credited offers, and even if I like the product; if I am not credited: I will opt out. I look at it as a discount on what I purchase and don't continue with a company that doesn't live up to their end of the deal!

You'll find yourself having to redo a lot of offers because a lot of the different surveys are from the same companies. Once they have your information, they are less likely to approve for you.

So my best bet is to wait a few days and then to try them again.

I agree.  the same thing happened to me.  Then if the credit amount is worth less than $7 they won't credit you b/c vendors don't recognize manual credit for less than that.  I think that's BS!  If I did the work then I should be paid for it.   :bs:

I agree. I'm scared to do any more offers for fear that they won't credit.

I'm a new member who has also completed several offers that have not credited. Beginning to think FusionCash is nothing more than a big rip-off.  >:(

I've been paid by them, so they aren't a big rip-off, but I'm not sure why offers aren't crediting. :(

I first joined a couple months ago and at first the 'instant credit' offers were instantly being credited.  I made almost $70 my first month.  Last month I completed a few that said 'instant credit' and still have not been credited.  I requested manually and am still waiting.  I've submitted support tickets too and the response was that it's not their fault, its the companies that we complete offers for.  I also did a couple worth $5 or $6 and never got paid for them and it upsets me that there's nothing I can do about getting my money since they are under $7.  Hopefully whoever runs this site will read our posts and figure out we're not happy.  If they don't get their act straightened out by the end of this month and credit me for the offers I've completed I'll be quitting.  Has anyone tried cash4offers.com?  I just signed up through this site and was supposed to get credit for that too and didn't!  I fear that they will be the same way though.

Yeah, I have been paid so I know that FusionCash is legit, I won't knock them there. And the staff is usually helpful. But for every five offers I do, I get credited for one. It's a waste of time to continue at that rate.

tlane0923,
Some offers, occasionally even "Instant Offers", can take up to 14 days before they credit. This is due to delays in the automated tracking systems, or the advertiser's manual verification system. If you haven't received credit after 14 days from the time you completed the offer, you can request credit at your offer tracking page:
http://www.fusioncash.net/offerclicks.php

We sympathize with your frustration in failing to be credited -- we do not get paid unless you do!  Know that FusionCash uses every industry-standard technique for tracking offer completions - and that they occasionally fail due to reasons outside of our control.

If you'd like to learn more about the offer crediting process, you can read the crediting FAQ:
http://www.fusioncash.net/faq.php?crediting

We apologize for the failure in offer crediting.  Unfortunately, the advertisers do not allow us to request manual credit for offers which pay out less than $7.  There is simply nothing we can do to obtain credit for your completions.

We sympathize with your frustration and value your membership; please check your account for a bonus as our way of saying, "Sorry".

You can read more about the offer crediting process on the offer crediting FAQ:
http://www.fusioncash.net/faq.php?crediting

Oh, well in that case, can I get a sorry bonus too? Since I get 1 out of 5 offers to credit. My sorry bonus would have to be like $50, lol.

I've read all of your help sections on getting paid for offers that I have taken the time to complete but none of the answers have gotten me my money that I am due.  I appreciate the measly $3 bonus you just put in my account but I think I am due another $29 so if you could just put that bonus in my account now also, I would stop complaining.  Thanks!

I think you should stop bitching because you are getting free money for filling out a measly survey. Your getting money for sitting on your *bleep*. So chill out. I am tired of seeing everyone *bleep* and moan about every offer that is not being credited. Hey, here is a thought .. maybe your not doing it right if so many of your damn offers aren't getting credited. In reality your not even supposed to be doing more than 10 free offers a day because have you noticed how a lot of them look the same? Because they are from the same company and if they are multiple ones with the same info and the same IP in the system from the same few days trying to get approved it is most likely going to be denied.

My Two Cents..

Your 2 cents isn't worth much to me, and I will keep bitching until I get paid.  I only do one or two offers a day and they are the big money ones where you actually have to purchase things to get paid, not the silly surveys to get free samples of things that pay a quarter or two.  I feel that if am buying things from companies that promise to pay money for using their services that they should follow through on their end.

MY POINT IS... if we are not going to be credited for offers, they shouldn't have a BIG RED SIGN saying INSTANT CREDIT!  Is that too much to ask?
