It's gone on for way too long, in my opinion. The British show knew when to end.

That really blows he made the show..He was so funny on it..I will watch still yet without him it wil not be the same

Steve was funny in 40 year old virgin and Evan almighty but me personally I don't think he is funny at all in the office

Yeah me too. I really hope it isn't one of those shows that is really great until someone leaves then it just goes downhill from there. Maybe since they have brilliant writers they can change things around just enough to have it still be good. It would have to be a huge change though since he is the center of the show...

It's always sad to see excellent people leaving but it is the way as it is so we need to hope for the best in the future! Hopefully potential good replacement will come up. Life goes on...

I didn't know he was leaving. But I agree how can it go on? The ratings will probably drop on this show. And that stinks it's a funny show that my oldest & I enjoy to watch together.

Yes he def is an important part of the show. Dont think it will survive if he leaves

i'm upset too. i like steve carell(michael scott). i like pam and jim and dwight too! steve carell cracks me up.
