I don't have checking OR savings attatched to paypal. Not sure why people are saying you need one O.o

   I THOUGHT YOU HAD TO HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT FOR PAYPAL, BUT THAT IS ONLY IF YOU WANT TO SEND YOUR MONEY THERE. YOU CAN JUST KEEP IT IN PAYPAL, AND GET A DEBIT CARD FROM THEM, OR USE YOUR MONEY ON PLACES LIKE EBAY.
