My money went into another bank account instead of mines?

I know its dumb, but I didn't know my bank number would be different if I upgraded it.  I was wondering why I wasn't seeing my money on my statement, and it turns out it was sent to my old number. So I changed my bank info on fc. Now I'm wondering if I'll get my payment back?

i would talk to your bank.  unless they returned it to fusion cash then it would be the bank you would need to get it back from.

Definitely call your bank they should be able to fix it unless they returned the money to FC in that case I would submit a support ticket.

It hasn't yet been returned to us, though it still may be returned in the next few days.  Check again on Friday, and if it's returned it will say so on your "Account" page under the cashout.  Otherwise, if it still says "CREDIT ORIGINATED", it means the money is in the old account and you'll have to contact your bank to resolve the issue.

Please be very careful when changing banking and payment information. It is always easier for a creditor to alert you that you owe them, than for you to collect from an honest error that you made.

If it actually went into the old account I don't think FC will be able to help with this, but you should be able to contact your bank and let them know that a direct deposit was still set up to your old account number. They should be able to transfer it to your new account. If the bank didn't accept the direct deposit because the account was closed, then start a support ticket with FC. They should be able to see that you haven't actually gotten your money. Good luck!

Hmmm! that is funny.  Try to contact FC admin to see if they can help you out
