Will try this again since I received an error message...
The two that I am able to think of are
The Grudge
Exorcism of Emily Rose
I love horror movies so if I think of anymore I will let you know!

The shining is by far number one horror movie... really old so you would have to get it online.
The orphan was really good.
I never did like Saw... watched 2 of them and they have just way too much blood.
The new elm street wasn't that bad... made me jump once in the movie theatre, which this doesn't happen too often.
Coming up blank at moment for others.

I never liked the "saw" movies, but I have never heard of "orphan" (that I realize), but I am not much of a television/movie person so there are better suggestions than what I have made! Anyway; goodluck on your search and hope that you find a really good horror movie!

I like zombie movies and movies where there are only a few people left in the world. We just rented the television series about zombies. It was really good. I cant wait for the second disk to come out.

There will be the biggest horror movie at the end for those who refuse God, only it won't be a movie, it will be your worst reality and nothing will turn it off. They say the center of the earth gets like 3000 degrees, no wonder they want just a taste of water there. This is before the lake of fire.

Try watching the House on Haunted Hill - 1959 version in complete darkness. That will scare ya pretty good as I found out one night. Other than that only one movie has ever freaked me out and still does which is The Exorcist.  :o

The best are the classics; Frankenstein, bride of Frankenstein, Dracula, but there are some great ones from the seventies; the Exorcist, Amityville horror and the Omen come to mind.  It really depends on if you want a little humor in them or not for the latest ones.  I agree that the Orphan was actually pretty good, some of the remakes are ok if you're a fan of the originals.
