never had a problem with customer service, just general service! ours was always going out or just not working right, not loading, and it is soooooo over priced!

I have had pretty good luck with them.  A couple of problems were fixed with a phone call and a tech working with me.

It's a toss up..... I dont really think ANY provider has "nailed it" yet!!! there's pro's n con's to em all.... just gotta find the flaws you can deal with!!!

I'd like to see a service that actually lets me CHOOSE which channels I want in my "package".... instead of having 80 channels I DON'T WATCH just to have 5 channels i DO WATCH!!!

Yes Comcast does suck. I just hate that there are not enough competitors out there. There prices are not worth the services you get. I hope that some other competitors come along. Cause comcast Sucks!!

Customer service can suck with any cable provider depending on where you live.  Luck of the draw.

I hate how much they've gone up in price over the years. We had to switch to Dish Network and Qwest internet last year 'cause we couldn't afford Comcast anymore.

I have a Love/Hate relationship with them lol! When they work they work very well but when they don't I HATE them ! My husband is a systems analyst so when he calls them they feel retarded. A customer should NEVER have to your job! It is amusing to me to listen to the calls though lmao!
