Your opinions on Comcast???

Everyone always have something negative to say about Comcast Cable, I love onDemand! Is comcast hott or not?

Comcast is like any company that offers services and sends you a bill. I did customer service for them through an outside agency and I meet far more satisfied customers then dissatisfied customers. Now I'm not saying that the company is perfect and I have even had problems but they were always easily resolved and I'll tell you why When ever I deal with a customer service rep, I make sure I have a notepad and pen with me. I document the date/time of call, who I am speaking to, and the issue I'm addressing with them. I also note any offers they make me and what they say they are doing for me (ie adding a service, discontinuing a service, ect). So if the customer service rep makes an error or has technical difficulties or a plane crashes on their building before they implement my changes, I still have proof of the conversation. Take that proof into comcast or mention it on your next call and things get taken care of..

I hate comcast. They are a trip. When the weather is bad. There goes my internet down. I think they over charge people. You are not getting what you pay for. Dish is better. you get more for your money.

I have had comcast for years.  I bundle my internet service with my t.v. and my phone and save money.  If you call once in a while and talk to a service rep about your service and how you can get your rate lowered, they will try to work with you.

I swear I think I"m the only person in the country who actually likes Comcast. We've never had a problem with them. I do think they are expensive, but whenever we had them we never had an outage. There was one time when there was a car accident that took out the line to our building, but they had the cable and internet back up in 2 hours.

I just recently joined Comcast and just received my first bill......it was $120.00. I have wireless high speed internet the telephone with complete services and television both local and hbo and showtime channels.......120 divided by 3 is averaging 40 dollars a service.......I don't think that's so bad! Also...I haven't had anything "wrong" happen..........yet! So far, I love them!

I have it & am not very pleased. My OnDemand is always acting up. To me, it's more of a hassle than a pleasure.
