I love to bake... cakes,& cookies. But my specialty are chocolate chip cookies, I also love to bake the this pistachio cake it's the bomb can't have just one piece. Send me some of your recipes

I love baking.
Just put in a double oven when I redid the kitchen.
Unfortuenatley, I live in Arizona, so its really too hot to bake most of the year.
Also I have the one of the the two power companies that is a money grubbing business.

I love to bake especially pies sweet potato, blueberry and peach. I think baking should have a resurgence. I think it contributes to happiness in the home. It's like little reminders of family and love when you bake. Maybe I am not communicating this well but to me I remember so many happy times around baking.

I went to culinary school and i have been baking since i was 5 yrs old!! I love it theres nothin more gratifing then to see people enjoy something that you have made! P.S. my specialty is everything chocloate lol

My favorite things to bake are cookies and quickbreads because I'm good at baking it.  Heres a great tip for checking doness of a quickbread: 

Insert a toothpick in the middle of the bread and if it comes out clean it's done.

I love to bake, and I agree, I wish I knew more recipes as well.  I will admit I have quite a sweet tooth so cupcakes,  brownies, cookies, and all those sorts of goodies are my weakness.
