I don't use one anymore, but I definitely used to push it once or twice!

When I had my alarm clock set to music ... I would push snooze at least twice.

I changed it to an annoying beeping noise ... now I get up the first time.

No, I purposely have it on the other side of the room so that I don't. If I'm really tired and don't really have to get up when it goes off, I usually set it ahead another hour then lie back down.

I must admit that I too am guilty of it on occasion.  However, I have heard it is quite unhealthy for the body and inevitably makes you more tired throughout the day.  Anyone else hear of this?  Any truth in the rumor?

I used to push it a lot in college or in high school. Now that I have a more regular schedule I have been able to go without an alarm for a long time now. But it has been a life saver for those times where I was sleep deprived and every minute counts.

I hit the snooze button on my clock too. I can see where it can make you more tired. My guess is that you interrupt your sleep and the little naps that you may get during the snooze time is not really restfull.

Every morning I do. Gotta get that extra few minutes of sleep.

Uhg, I do, all the time.
Anywhere from 2 to 8 times.
I really need to fix that.
Or find something worth getting up for.

Of course its random because sometimes I wake up before the alarm goes off, and I'm fine to go ahead and start my day.

I always set my alarm for at least 30 min before I want to wake up.  I have to hit the snooze at least 3 - 4 times.  I have ALWAYS been that way. I have NO idea why it is so easy for some to just wake up and bounce out of bed while others like me drag themselves, kicking and screaming, out of bed.

I rarely push the snooze button. In fact, I wake up before my body falls asleep. My body just wakes up on its own and I just can't fall asleep.

My body also has a built in alarm clock as I seem to wake up aproximately the same time regardless of whether I'm working that day or not. I still have an alarm clock, but even with the blaring noise I manage to sleep through them.

I hit the snooze button at least 3 times. I have to. I have always set my alarm for about a half hour before I've had to get up. If I don't, I'll oversleep. It's just how it's always been!
